A woman went to the doctor worried that she might be pregnant. She had been in a difficult situation, depressed, not really taking care of herself, and the idea of having a baby was a little joyous miracle out of nowhere.

She was hopeful. And she really needed some good news.

The doctor looked at her, did a quick test, and informed her bluntly, "Well, dear, it certainly looks like you're pregnant."

"I am?" she exclaimed.

"No", the doctor said, "but it certainly looks like you are."
